b4bet Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and b4bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the b4bet website and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and financial transaction features accessible at b4bet.ws.

By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the b4bet platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, understand them, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform. b4bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via the platform. Continued use after any such change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Eligibility and Registration

Access to the b4bet platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. b4bet does not accept registrations from individuals under 21 under any circumstances.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the platform or had an account closed for violation of these Terms.
• The personal information you provide at registration is accurate, complete and up to date. You agree to update it promptly if any details change.

b4bet reserves the right to request documentation to verify your age, identity and payment method at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and, where necessary, account closure. b4bet will not be liable for any delay in processing withdrawals where verification is outstanding.

2. Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on b4bet. Opening or operating more than one account — whether directly or indirectly through a spouse, family member, shared device, or shared IP address — is a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified, b4bet reserves the right to void all related bets, forfeit all bonus balances, and permanently close all associated accounts without prior notice.

Username and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your b4bet username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be treated as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify b4bet immediately via [email protected].

Account Closure and Self-Exclusion

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Where the closure request is related to responsible gaming concerns, b4bet will process the closure immediately and the account will be locked from all real-money play. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent closure. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open a new account during the exclusion period; any such account will be closed and any winnings forfeited.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on b4bet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). b4bet does not accept foreign currency deposits or process withdrawals in any currency other than BDT. Players are responsible for any fees levied by their payment provider in connection with transactions; b4bet does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals.

Deposit Methods and Limits

b4bet accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each method are displayed in the Finance / Wallet section of your account prior to initiating a transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your b4bet wallet within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. b4bet is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment provider outages or maintenance.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within one to three hours during operational hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays or where additional verification is required. Withdrawals will only be issued to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• The account must be fully verified with a valid identity document before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawal of deposited funds prior to any wagering activity is permitted but may be subject to a processing review at b4bet's discretion.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

b4bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on each offer page as well as the general bonus conditions set out below. Where any conflict exists between an offer's specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms prevail.

1. 1Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player unless explicitly stated otherwise on the offer page. Attempts to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and may result in account suspension.
2. 2All bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiple and eligible games for each bonus are stated on the offer page. Wagering progress is tracked in real time in the Finance / Wallet section of your account.
3. 3Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus balance remaining at the expiry date — together with any associated pending wagering requirement — will be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
4. 4b4bet reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use at the time of modification.
5. 5Free spins and other non-cash bonus rewards are subject to the same general conditions unless the specific offer states otherwise. Winnings generated from free spins are credited as bonus funds and subject to the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the b4bet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including real-money and bonus balances), and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Collusion with other players or third parties to obtain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker or table games.
• Exploitation of software errors, loopholes, or glitches to generate winnings. Any winnings obtained through a software error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Use of automated betting scripts, bots, or any third-party software designed to gain an advantage over the platform or other players.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or during any verification process.
• Any activity that b4bet reasonably determines to constitute money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity in connection with the use of the platform.

b4bet employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, b4bet may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending investigation. Investigations will be conducted as promptly as reasonably practicable and players will be informed of the outcome.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the b4bet platform — including but not limited to the b4bet brand name, logo, website design, user interface, game lobby layout, promotional graphics, and written content — is the intellectual property of b4bet or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of b4bet. Unauthorised use of any b4bet intellectual property may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

b4bet provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b4bet expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. b4bet shall not be liable for any loss of winnings, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even where b4bet has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits b4bet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence.

7. Responsible Gaming and Amendments

b4bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Every player account includes access to deposit limit tools, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. b4bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — that is, where it significantly affects the rights or obligations of players — b4bet will provide notice via a platform notification at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which b4bet operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be referred to b4bet's customer support team for resolution. b4bet aims to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt of a formal complaint submitted to [email protected].

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits b4bet's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect b4bet's legitimate interests, including the prevention of fraudulent activity.
